The free tools show what's hidden. Pro removes it from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and video files, one at a time or a whole folder at once.

What Pro cleans
- Word, Excel and PowerPointAuthor and company names, comments, tracked changes and deleted text, hidden text, custom properties and thumbnails.
- PDFAuthor, title and the app that made it, comments and markup, attachments, scripts, and earlier saved versions. Warns about redactions that were never applied.
- VideoLocation, phone model, recording dates and text fields in MP4 and MOV files. No re-encoding, so quality stays exactly the same.
- A whole folder at onceDrop many files or a folder, clean everything, and download one zip with the same folder structure.

Questions
Are my files uploaded when I clean them?
No. Pro cleans files in your browser, just like the free tools. The only thing that goes to our server is your license key, to check it's valid.
How does the license key work?
After you pay, you get a key that starts with WIMF. Pro unlocks in that browser straight away. To use Pro in another browser or on another device, enter the same key there. There's no account to create.
Can I cancel the yearly plan?
Yes, at any time. Your key keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Use the link in your receipt email to manage your subscription.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe, which acts as the seller and handles VAT and sales tax for your country. We never see your card details.
What happens if I lose my key?
It's in this browser, on the welcome page, and you can email it to yourself from there. If you lose it anyway, email us from the address you paid with and we'll look it up.
What doesn't Pro do?
It doesn't remove AI labels, Content Credentials or watermarks like SynthID, and it can't make AI writing undetectable. It removes personal and hidden data that you'd rather not share.
